Celebrating seniors and showcasing physical activity & healthy living resources in our community!

Join us on May 8th for our FREE Senior Health and Fitness Expo. This is an excellent time to explore the many senior-friendly physical activity and healthy living resources in our community. The YMCA and several local health professionals will be on-site to discuss the importance of exercise and nutrition for on-going health and illness prevention.

-Open to those 55 and older.

-Free Screenings including Blood Pressure, Hearing Health, Body Composition and more
