All teens 13-17 with a Y membership are invited to join us for this brand-new program designed as an introduction to a happy and healthy lifestyle! Led by a Certified Personal Trainer, this 7-week program will teach teens the basics about resistance training, conditioning, agility & endurance work, group exercise, nutrition, and mental well-being. We will meet twice a week in small groups of 6; and we will use different workout locations throughout the YMCA such as the Wellness Center, Functional Training Room, Studio, MPR, Sports Center, and the newly remodeled Circuit Training Room. Get to know each other as you get to know yourself, your goals, and your Y!
