This class is all about variety! Move through several stations in a fast-paced circuit format to get a fun, total body strength and cardio workout!

Kickboxing

Functional Training for Seniors

This class will help active older adults improve and maintain strength, balance and flexibility for everyday tasks, such as lifting, carrying, and getting up from the floor, in a supportive, small group environment

Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.
