TRX
Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. The “TRX” is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundred of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

Indo-Row
This is a 30-minute intensive full-body workout. Don’t be fooled by the short time-frame–this one is sure to make you sweat! Use our state-of-the-art indoor rowing equipment in the Functional Training Room.

Boot Camp
This is a 45-minute High Intensity Interval training class that will get your heart rate up and burn a ton of calories! You’ll get a full body workout that will tone your muscles and burn fat as you rotate between a variety of different exercises. Every session will be overseen by a trained professional who will guide you through the workout and can adjust every exercise to according to your fitness level.
