Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. The Functional Training Equipment is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundred of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

Boot Camp
This is a 45-minute High Intensity Interval training class that will get your heart rate up and burn a ton of calories! You’ll get a full body workout that will tone your muscles and burn fat as you rotate between a variety of different exercises. Every session will be overseen by a Personal Trainer who will guide you through the workout and can adjust every exercise to according to your fitness level.
