This class will help active older adults improve and maintain strength, balance, and flexibility for everyday tasks, such as lifting, carrying, and getting up from the floor, in a supportive, small group environment.

TRX
Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. The “TRX” is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundred of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

Indo-Row Fusion for Seniors
We are taking Indo-Row “down” a notch to an intensity more “fit” for our seniors and adding in a short functional training circuit and full body stretching! Combining cardio and resistance
training in a fun small group environment.

Boot Camp
This is a 45-minute High Intensity Interval training class that will get your heart rate up and burn a ton of calories! You’ll get a full body workout that will tone your muscles and burn fat as you rotate between a variety of different exercises. Every session will be overseen by a trained professional who will guide you through the workout and can adjust every exercise to according to your fitness level.
