This class is all about variety! Move through several stations in a fast paced circuit format to get a fun, total body strength and cardio workout!

Kickboxing

Unleash your inner fighter with a high-intensity workout that blends basic boxing techniques with cardio and strength exercises. The movements are fun and easy to follow; no previous boxing experience needed.

Functional Training for Seniors

This class will help active older adults improve and maintain strength, balance and flexibility for everyday tasks, such as lifting, carrying, and getting up from the floor, in a supportive, small group environment

TRX Fusion

Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. The TRX Suspension trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundred of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.
