Queenax Circuit

This class will help participants improve and maintain strength, balance, and flexibility for everyday tasks such as lifting, carrying, and getting up from the floor, in a supportive, small group environment.

Functional Training for Seniors

This class will help active older adults improve and maintain strength, balance and flexibility for everyday tasks, such as lifting, carrying, and getting up from the floor, in a supportive, small group environment.

TRX

Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. The “TRX” is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundred of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

Indo-Row

This is a 30-minute intensive full-body workout. Don’t be fooled by the short time-frame–this one is sure to make you sweat! Use our state-of-the-art indoor rowing equipment in the Functional Training Room.

Boot Camp

This is a 45-minute High Intensity Interval training class that will get your heart rate up and burn a ton of calories! You’ll get a full body workout that will tone your muscles and burn fat as you rotate between a variety of different exercises. Every session will be overseen by a trained professional who will guide you through the workout and can adjust every exercise to according to your fitness level.
