Indo-Row Fusion for Seniors

Boot Camp
This is a 45-minute High Intensity Interval training class that will get your heart rate up and burn a ton of calories! You’ll get a full body workout that will tone your muscles and burn fat as you rotate between a variety of different exercises. Every session will be overseen by a trained professional who will guide you through the workout and can adjust every exercise to according to your fitness level.

Transform your core with our invigorating core training class designed to strengthen the muscles of your midsection. This class begins with a standing dynamic warm up that engages muscles
from your toes to your shoulders. The class is a blend of bodyweight exercises, free weights, and small apparatus to provide a comprehensive workout experience. Guided Certified Pilates
instructor, Karen Villano, you’ll progress through a series of targeted floor movements aimed at sculpting and strengthening your abs.
