In this class, traditional martial arts movement and weaponry are taught as an art form for personal development, health, and self-defense. Students learn to appreciate the essence and beauty of the martial arts through its philosophy, history, and physical applications.

Martial Arts For Seniors

In this class, the martial arts are taught for personal development, health, and self-defense. Learning something new, improving your health, and being able to physically protect yourself instill
confidence and are empowering. Students will be able to progress through traditional belt rankings. Beginning students should dress in comfortable clothing and wear gym type shoes.
