The Y’s fitness center is packed with cardio and strength training equipment. Whether you prefer running on a treadmill, cycling beside a friend, reading while on an elliptical trainer, lifting free weights or using strength training equipment, you can achieve your goals at the Y.

A 30-minute meeting with a Wellness Professional to discuss your goals and match you with the Y programs and services that can best help you to attain them. FREE Group Exercise Classes
The Y offers more than 70+ FREE group exercise classes with membership. From Zumba to Yoga, Pilates, cycling, step, bootcamp and more, you can find the perfect class at the Y. Classes run from 5:00am for early risers, and well into the evening for those who need to burn off steam after a long day.

Healthy parents are happy parents. Our YMCA offers FREE drop-in child watch for up to two hours (per day per child) while you make time for yourself to get fit. There is no need to call ahead. Parents must remain in the Y while their children are in our supervised playrooms. This special benefit is available to Y Family members.
Ages: 6 weeks-8 years
The Activity Center features 2 TV’s with video games, board games, art supplies and books. Children ages 8 and up may use the room during designated hours. Families are welcome to use the Activity Center as long as an adult (18 and over) is in the Y with any child 17 and under.
Ages: 8 years and up (Children younger than 8 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.
Pools & Aquatic Programs

Whether you want to lose weight or tone up, prepare for a ski trip or train for an athletic event, YMCA personal training will get you results. Register at the Member Services Desk or fill out a Personal Training Inquiry Form and a Personal Trainer will contact you to set up an appointment.
