Kid Power (Ages 5-6) & (Ages 7-8)
A child-centered class designed to instill confidence in children, empower them to find their voices to advocate for themselves, as well as protect and defend themselves using logic and reasoning first or karate as a last resort. We use games, skits, positive-behavior homework, and self-defense skills together to create a fun and important class for your child. Come join us!

Youth Martial Arts (Ages 9-13)
What are Youth Martial Arts Classes like? There is a lot of blocking, punching, kicking, jumping, hitting the bag, throwing the dummies around, working with a partner, friendly fighting, and safely
using martial arts weapons. There is a lot of bowing, high-5s, handshakes, pride, respect, success, and fun. The class activities and climate build character. The “6 Pillars of Character Counts” stand strong in Y martial arts. Y martial arts, like many Y programs, address those Developmental Assets so important for youth positive growth, health, and success.
