Tai Chi (Adults)
Tai Chi is a moving philosophy and strategy for health. Tai Chi combines the deep rhythmic breathing of Qigong with Kung-fu in a slow, flowing, graceful, and continuous sequence of movements to bring about the relaxation response and all the health benefits that come with it.
