Tai Chi
Tai Chi is a moving philosophy and strategy for health. Tai Chi combines the deep rhythmic breathing of Qigong with Kung-fu in a slow, flowing, graceful, and continuous sequence of movements to bring about the relaxation response and all the health benefits that come with it.

Come on out and learn how Tai Chi can change your mind, body and spirit. Tai Chi improves quality of life, manages stress, health benefits, improves sleep, maintains healthy weight, and develops coordination.
