General Prerequisites: Ages 5-21 years old
Our trained coaches work to improve swimmers’ skill level, endurance and to promote a healthy lifestyle. They value the whole person, in and out of the pool. Our program embraces the YMCA core values and promotes progression at an individual level.

Fall Stroke Clinic:
- September 3rd-19th, Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Open to NEW and Returning Swimmers
- New 8&Older, Returning 8&Under 5:30-6:30pm
- Returning 9&Older 5:30-7:00pm
- Members $60, Non-Members $80

Fall Rookie Week:
- September 23rd- 27th, Monday- Friday
- Open to NEW swimmers only!
- 8 & Under: 5:30-6:30pm Mon-Thur; Fri 5:30-7:00pm
- 9 & Older: 5:30- 7:00pm
- Members & Non-Members: $25 Registration Fee
