Little Dragon
Class Description
Students in Little Dragons learn appropriate Kung-fu in a fun, active, structured, and safe classroom setting. Students develop confidence, pride, discipline, respect, and learn to use their voice. They improve balance, coordination, body control, fluidity of moment, and their ability to follow directions and work cooperatively with others.
Class Attire: Bring your student to Little Dragons with gym type shoes and in exercise clothing.

Youth Martial Arts
Class Description
Participants in Youth Martial Arts will learn karate and kung-fu in a structured and goal-centered environment. Students develop confidence, pride, discipline, respect, strategies for self-improvement, and self-defense skills under the philosophy that “Problems are solved with logic and reason. We use our voice. Karate is only used in self-defense.”

Teen & Adult Martial Arts
Class Description
In this class, traditional martial arts movement and weaponry are taught as an art form for personal development, health, and self-defense. Students learn to appreciate the essence and beauty of the martial arts through its philosophy, history, and physical applications.

Tai Chi
Class Description
Tai Chi is a moving philosophy and strategy for health. Tai Chi combines the deep rhythmic breathing of Qigong with Kung-fu in a slow, flowing, graceful, and continuous sequence of movements to bring about the relaxation response and all health benefits that come with it.
