NAPA AUTO DONATES $1000 TO KISHWAUKEE FAMILY YMCA IN SUPPORT OF YOUTH FINANCIAL SCHOLARSHIPS

DeKalb County, IL, 7/31/26 – Members of the NAPA AutoCare Centers of DeKalb County recently awarded the Kishwaukee Family YMCA with $1,000 to help fund youth financial assistance scholarships. Each month, the NAPA AutoCare group selects a charity to donate 10% of their proceeds from oil changes. Participating shops include John Volkert at Barb City Automotive, Jon Bockman at Bockman’s AutoCare Center & Bockman’s Truck and Fleet, Dan Doty at 3-D Auto Repair, Christie Gabriel at Archer Alignment, Meghan Huber at Motor Works, and Sean Kellett at Think Driven.

NAPA has funded financial assistance scholarships for children in need every year since 2007. Thank you, NAPA for this support which provides local children with a safe place to learn, grow, and thrive in the summer and throughout the school year.
