Building Strong Kids
(Ages 8-15)
For children ages 8-15 who want to start a healthier lifestyle and have fun! Includes active games, strength training, and conditioning. Not only will kids get healthy but they’ll build confidence. They will learn proper exercise techniques while having fun with other kids. Led by certified personal trainer, Tim McPartland.
