Boot Camp is a 45-minute High Intensity Interval training class that will get your heart rate up and burn a ton of calories! You’ll get a full body workout that will tone your muscles and burn fat as you rotate between a variety of different exercises. Every session will be overseen by a Personal Trainer who will guide you through the workout and can adjust every exercise to according to your fitness level.
