Turning Back Time Car Show donates $870 to fund Summer Day Camp Scholarships at the Kishwaukee Family YMCA.

Organizers of the Turning Back Time Car Club have selected the Kishwaukee Family YMCA to be a recipient of an $870 donation. In 2021, the Club celebrated the 21st Annual Fizz Ehrler Memorial Turning Back Time Car Show and was pleased to be able to host the full event again after having to take a year off due to the ongoing pandemic. While the main purpose of the show is to host classic car enthusiasts of all ages and show off some of automotive history’s finest cars to the general public, the event also brings in thousands of dollars.

The proceeds of the show are donated back into the community through donations such as this one, to fund scholarships for children to attend the YMCA’s Summer Camp! The 22nd Annual Fizz Ehrler Memorial Turning Back Time Car Show is planned for Sunday, July 31st, 2022 in downtown Sycamore!

“Donations to the YMCA’s Annual Campaign ensure that all children, regardless of their personal, financial situation, can experience the joy of YMCA Summer Day Camp,” said Jen Lucchesi, Youth Development Director at the Kishwaukee Family YMCA.
