Develop a stronger body, mind, and spirit, regardless of your fitness level. Learn basic yoga poses and stretches, and practice relaxation in a tranquil atmosphere as you listen to the sounds of the water. *Requires participants to be able to get down to and up from the floor. We encourage all participants to bring their personal yoga mats.
