  • Wellness Center Orientations

    The YMCA offers complimentary orientations to the equipment in the Wellness Center. YMCA Fitness Staff will introduce you to a wide variety of equipment.

  • Member Success Meetings

    A 30 minute meeting with a Wellness Professional to discuss your goals and match you with the Y programs and services that can best help you attain them. You will be given a menu of wellness options from which to choose. If you are interested please select the days and times that work best for your schedule and the Healthy Living Director will contact you shortly to set up an appointment.
