Monday – Friday: 5:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Saturday: 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Sunday: 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Extended Wellness Center Hours:
Monday-Friday 10:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m.
Access permitted with key card only. Please verify with the front desk that your membership is active and you have been granted access to the wellness center entrance prior to your first extended hours visit.


Summer Hours (June 1 – Labor Day):

Monday – Friday:  5:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
